Gary's Kettle Corn ("we", "us") operates garyskettlecorn.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we handle it.

Orders: name, email address, phone number, billing address, pick-up or delivery address, and the items you order. Payment card details are handled by Square and never stored on our website.
Accounts: if you create an account, your login details and order history.
Fundraising and bulk order inquiries: the organization name, contact details, dates and quantities you submit in our forms.
Newsletter: your email address when you subscribe.
Website use: basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools (see the Cookie Policy).

Why we collect it

To take, prepare and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
To respond to fundraising, bulk order and other inquiries.
To send our newsletter, only if you asked for it. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by emailing us.
To keep our website working, secure and improving.
To meet legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run the business: Square (payments), our website host, our email provider, and, if you choose delivery, the person delivering your order. Each is allowed to use your information only to provide its service to us.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes (generally seven years). Inquiry and newsletter information is kept until you ask us to remove it or it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to marketing, by emailing jasanrichards@garyskettlecorn.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards (HTTPS, limited access, trusted providers) to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Fundraising programs are organized through adults.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
