How long does the fundraiser run?
Most schools and organizations run their active order collection for 5 to 30 days. Because our Heat-Sealed Bags stay fresh for approximately 2-3 months, your group has plenty of flexibility when planning the campaign window, collecting tallies, and distributing bags without rushing.
How much money does our organization make?
Your organization earns a guaranteed, transparent profit on every bag: for Small Bags (selling price $7), your fundraiser receives $3 (~43% profit). For Medium Bags (selling price $12), your fundraiser receives $5 (~42% profit). And 50% on all orders over $5000!
What flavours are available?
Heat-sealed bags come in all 11 flavours: Sweet & Salty, Caramel, Sweet & Salty + Caramel Mix, Chocolate Caramel, Apple Caramel, Cheddar, Spicy Cheddar, Cheddar Caramel, Dill Pickle, Sour Cream & Onion and Plain Salted. Twist-tie bags come in Sweet & Salty, Caramel and Plain Salted.
What is the difference between twist-ties bags and heat-sealed bags?
Twist-tie bags are best enjoyed within about 5-7 days, so they suit single-day events and tournaments where popcorn is eaten right away. Heat-sealed bags are airtight, stay fresh for about 2-3 months and come in all 11 flavours, which makes them the better fit for most order-based campaigns.
How do we collect orders?
We provide an order form, printable flyers and email marketing materials. Your team, school or organization collects orders from supporters, then sends us the final quantities by flavour and bag size once the fundraiser closes.
Do you offer delivery or pickup?
Yes. We prepare the complete order together for pickup, or we can discuss delivery depending on the size and location of the order.
Can supporters order directly online?
Yes. Supporters, including out-of-town family and friends, can purchase directly through our website.
How far in advance should we plan our fundraiser?
